Refund policy

All Sales Final

All sales are final.  However, we will replace any items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at moonroomwellness@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We may request photos of any damaged items and a copy of receipt.  Once evaluated and approved, we will issue you a return shipping label to ship the item back to Moon Room Shop and Wellness at 5902 1/2 California Ave. SW, Seattle, WA. 98136.  If your item is damaged upon receipt and we have approved an exchange, we will ship out a replacement item to you.  In the case that we do not have a replacement item to ship, we will offer a choice of substituting an item of equal value, issuing a credit to be used for future purchase, or issue a full refund.  In the case that a customer chooses the issuance of a refund, please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  Please direct all refund inquiries to moonroomwellness@gmail.com.  No refunds will be issued for gift card purchases.  Refunds for damaged product must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of product.
